Skid Packages |
Chemical Metering Pump skid is designed to meet the needs of virtually any industrial or municipal liquid chemical feed application. It is a completely assembled system, offering the features and flexibility required for accurate chemical metering with the benefit of easy installation, start-up, operation, and maintenance. Factory tested, economical to install, the feed system is laid out on an easily accessible and opened frame design. It takes up less than five square feet of floor space. A variety of pump controls are available, such as Manual or remote manual control with start stop control, Flow proportional control, Residual compound loop control. For feed rate control via stroking speed, SCR or VFD drive is provided to vary the speed of the motor. Stroke frequency is regulated manually by a panel-mounted potentiometer, or automatically via a 4-20 mA process variable input signal. A standard NEMA 4X control panel is provided for variable speed control of the metering pump including several standard features necessary for automatic feed controls

Control Panels VFD & SCR |
Metering Pump Control Panel is specifically engineered and designed for control of Encore and Chemtube metering pumps. The panel utilizes a variable speed controller, which controls the speed of the pump's motor, and uses state-of-the-art technology. The enclosure is NEMA 4X with a continuous-hinged, gasketed door. It includes indication of pump status via pilot lights and a digital motor speed indicator, as well as normally closed contact for remote indication of pump run or failure. A standard disconnect switch is provided. It has the capability of local or remote control with the use of a built-in Hand-Off-Auto switch. A 4-20mA output signal is provided for as standard.

LVN-2000 |
| The LVN 2000 liquid chemical feed system can handle the majority of chemicals used in the water or wastewater processes. It is ideal for solutions of sodium hypochlorite that have a tendency to out-gas, resulting in loss of feed with conventional metering pumps. The LVN 2000 uses a vacuum source such as an injector to draw chemical from the supply tank to the point of application. Utilizing the Wallace&Tiernan V-Notch control valve, reliable feedrates can be maintained with either manual or automatic control schemes. a flow meter provides accurate indication of feed rate. |
